Crystal Fox

After a career as an elementary teacher, Crystal along with husband, Jim, moved to Fredericksburg, where she began to realize her long-standing desire to be a sculptor.  Crystal is currently studying with J. Hester, sculptor of the Lasting Friendship, which is a depiction of John O. Meusebach making a lasting treaty with the Comanche Indians near San Saba, Texas.  This famous piece stands in the Marktplatz near the Vereins Kirche here in Fredericksburg.   Crystal’s specialty is sculptures of children.  She captures their innocence and sense of awe and wonder.  Working from her gallery Crystal Fox has produced works of lasting beauty and enduring value.
